Our Story: Built on Family, Trust, and a Legacy of Clean
SanPros didn’t start overnight — it’s the next chapter in a South Florida legacy that began more than 60 years ago.
Back in 1961, two siblings, Ross Cosentino and Jean Kass, founded a small janitorial company that focused on one thing — caring for facilities as if they were their own. Their commitment to excellence and personal relationships helped them grow quickly across Palm Beach County. In 1981, Ross’s son Ken Cosentino joined the business, carrying forward the family values of hard work, honesty, and attention to detail.
By 1984, the family united two thriving operations under one name — Perm A Care — and built one of South Florida’s most respected names in facility maintenance. Together with his wife Lynda, who managed the office and customer relations, Ken expanded the company’s reach and reputation for reliability, professionalism, and integrity.
Over the decades, their leadership team — including long-time managers like Mike Ziegler and Nelson Feliciano — helped set the standard for commercial cleaning, floor care, and facility maintenance across banks, schools, churches, and medical buildings. Clients stayed with them not just for the clean spaces, but for the peace of mind that came with knowing the job would be done right — every time.
